First Floor Remodel
July 16, 2019Arts and Crafts Whole House Remodel
April 17, 2019Whole house remodeling can seem like an overwhelming undertaking, but with the right team the process can be exciting and enjoyable. Our clients had purchased a home with the perfect location and good bones, but the look needed to be brought up to their standards. We worked with Kathy Hoskins at Hoskins Interior Design to implement a design that suited their aesthetic and functional needs.
The PlanOur clients were looking for big improvements. We achieved this by simply reconfiguring the existing space. Although the footprint of the home stayed the same, the renovation changed the entire look and feel of the home.
The goal was to refresh the kitchen, install all new exterior doors, and remodel the master bath, laundry room, and two baths upstairs. They also wanted to replace the floor coverings and paint. Small tweaks made huge impacts in the kitchen, the largest being the reconfiguration of the island, which pushed the kitchen into the adjacent great room and opened the golf course view. The master bath remodel included an enlarged shower and free-standing tub. In the laundry room, we were able to paint the existing cabinetry, adding architectural details and new flooring to make anyone happy to do laundry in the space. Finally, the entryway received a makeover as well, with new paint, light fixtures and a gorgeous staircase remodel.
