A renovation with soul, smarts, and serious style. This is what mid-century magic looks like in the modern day. The Challenge: Transforming a small, storage-free 1950s bathroom—with cramped sinks, a tiny shower, and awkward layout—into a functional, modern space without losing its mid-century character. Our clients [...]
The stylishly unassuming façade of this Meridian Hills home hides a breathtakingly modern open space. This family-friendly remodel offers hidden entertainment rooms in the basement and a centrally-located Minotti Cucine kitchen, built in Italy and installed here for a family that loves to entertain in style. The Challenge: [...]
Custom home remodeling is always a creative endeavor. But when our client's vision incorporated a very specific architectural style -- from another century and continent, no less -- our problem-solving and engineering creativity were pushed to whole new limits. And we loved it! The Challenge: Retrofitting a Modern [...]
The first-floor master suite in our clients' 1990s Central Indiana home needed an update. Its high ceilings towered over a bedroom that stole much-needed space from the bath and made the space feel cold and imposing. The master bath, while serviceable for the time being, clearly wouldn't meet the needs of aging in [...]
Our clients found the perfect tranquil, wooded spot for their dream home. The problem? It contained a small, 1958 ranch-style house that didn't fit their lifestyle. (And, in case you thought we got our files mixed up: Yes, those "before" and "after" photos really do belong to the same mind-blowing modern home remodel.) [...]

And although many of its high-concept design elements (and original wiring) survived the decades in between, its compartmentalized floorplan (along with [...]
The line between remodeling and new construction is often a blurry one — and our renovation of a faded 1958 Sears kit home definitely crossed that line. Situated on a beautiful treed lot in Zionsville, the home’s foundation was solid enough to give us a starting point for extending its footprint to create [...]
Our clients wanted a fresh, inviting home with a touch of sophistication. Their 3-story condo's choppy floorplan required reconfiguration, including relocating the staircase that dominated the center of the space. So we took the condo back to its studs. Because sometimes the only place to start is over. [...]
The perfect location doesn't always come with the perfect house. But that didn't stop our clients from envisioning a home they could nestle down into, now that their kids were grown. With lovely lake views to set the stage, our clients were ready to start fresh, with a home they renovated just for [...]
